Standard returns
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange collection.
Faulty goods
Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from the invoice date. Send us the model or batch number and a photograph of the fault and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund.
Non-returnable
Cut-to-size items, custom-printed items, lubricants and chemicals once opened, and consumables such as blades and discs cannot be returned.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return being inspected and accepted.
